THE TANGIBLE ANOINTING III
ACTS 1: 8 declare: "But you shall receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you; and you shall be witnesses unto Me in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and into the end of the
earth."
Notice that the Lord declares that you shall receive power and you must understand that power of God is anointing of God in presence of God. So Jesus said that you shall receive anointing of God after His
presence has come upon you. There is the difference between presence of God and power of God. Power of God is the same as Spirit of God and you can not receive anointing without Holy Spirit been in
presence. You shall receive power or anointing after the Holy Ghost presence come upon you.
Only then you can do what God ask you to do and anointing increases from level to level. Why it increase? When it increase? Many dear people who are not aware that God moves you from level to level and
some only get into first level. If you are filled with the Spirit of God, the power of God already resides within you and is in operation.
Every Christian believer has an anointing! But not every one is on the highest level.
And this is what I mean by highest and thickness of the anointing. You not longer dealing with a little vapour or a drop of oil. He will saturate your life and His anointing become like grease all over
you. Is there an anointing thickness which we must reach for. We must first understand how the Holy Spirit comes into our lives. We don't must go on our knees and beg and pray for Holy Ghost to come in.
The Spirit of God who is the presence of God possess divine attributes. The Glory of God, the Spirit of God, the Presence of God possess divine attributes. When you talking about the Glory of God you are
talking about His Person with His attributes. EXODUS 33: 18 declares:
"And Moses said, Please, show me Your Glory." He was seeking the Presence of God. Remember, Stephen said: "I saw the Glory." Glory of God is something that
you feel, the glory of God is also that you see. Watch what you do with the Power you have. God gives you His Power and you better be careful with what you do with Him.
God will judge you for using His Power. Don't speak in tongues and play games with it.
When Moses said, "Lord, show me Your Glory" or "I want Your Presence"
LORD said in EXODUS 33: 19 "I will make all My goodness pass before you, and I will proclaim the Name of the LORD before you. I will be gracious to whom I will be gracious, and I will have
compassion on whom I will have compassion."
EXODUS 34: 6 declares revelation of LORD'S Glory and Presence and Person:
"And the LORD passed before him and proclaimed, "The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, long-suffering, and abounding in goodness and truth."
The Glory of God is the Person of God, the Presence of God. He reveals who He is.
His Presence, His Glory, His Presence. Holy Ghost is the Holy Spirit of God , He is His Spirit. You shall be filled with the Power when the Holy Spirit come upon you.
The Gifts of the Spirit will come as the process growing in Him. When the Holy Spirit comes into you, His Fruits come with Him. He will manifest fruits coming out of your life. God changes you when the
Holy Ghost comes upon you. So not the Fruits that are progressive but that are Gifts of the Spirit.
JESUS said you shall be filled with His Spirit. And Spirit of God is the Glory of God, is the Presence of God, is the Person of God. Presence of God
comes with the fruits of God, all is coming in you together and only then God can trust you weight His Power and His Anointing. God will not trust the people who have not with fruits of God
God will not trust you with His Power unless first there are fruits in your life.
When the Spirit of God leaves man, the fruits leaves with Him also. When the Holy Ghost leaves, Jesus don't know you as in written in MATTHEW 7: 21.
That's why David cry: "Take not Your Spirit from me."
Your greatest desire should be not for the gifts but for the presence of God.
The gifts won't get you to Heaven. Presence of God will get you into Heaven.
We shouldn't see the gifts but we should see the power and presence and person of God
And when that comes God will trust you with His Anointing. EXODUS 34: 29 says:
"..that Moses did not know that the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him"
Moses when was talking with God did not realised that the Glory of God was shining on his face. He did not know it. So, when God does fill us with His Glory?
You know that you can see the presence of God on His people? You must be trusted by God. When you are faithful, God will trust in you and give you a measure of anointing. Jesus had full measure of God's
anointing of the Holy Spirit.
Why Moses was full of Glory of God. Notice "...the skin of his face shone while he talked with Him." He was so loose with God that he loosed self conciseness and get God's
conciseness. What happen to Adam: he loose God's conciseness and gain self-conciseness and saw that he was naked. After he hided from God. Moses lost self-conciseness and gain God's conciseness. Adam
lost God's conciseness and gain self-conciseness and he said: I am naked. He didn't like what he saw and he hid it.
You always hide and fear when you discover how filthy you are in your nature.
But when you loose side of what you are, and gain side of who He is, people will see Him on your face. God will declare Himself through you. So, haw do we gain presence of God? There is very simple key.
Loose sight of your own presence and nature.
How many of you wants God's presence on your life? Then loose your own presence.
Loose side of you and you'll gain side of God. Loose sight of what you need, what you desire, loose your self-conciseness. But you go and say: LORD I have nothing, I want You to talk with me now. I don't
want my presence, I want Your presence. God will come in and when He comes in you'll discover everything you need suddenly you have.
Because in His presence is contain everything you need. Quit praying: Give me, Lord.
When I go into God's presence, I say: Come Lord Jesus, Come Lord Jesus, Come Lord Jesus and you wait and He will come. They who seek Him shall never be ashamed.
Jeremiah said that: "When you see the LORD with all your heart He will be found."
And when the presence of God is within you, you'll be hungry for more of the Lord.
There is the place that the glory of God can be so heavy that Paul call it a weight of glory, there is the heaviness of glory. You can feel it as the heavy heavenly substance.
II CORINTHIANS 4: 17 says: "For our light afflictions, which is but for a moment,
is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory."
Glory of God is a heaviness of His presence. Glory is the meaning of heaviness.
It is literally something you can feel and touch. It is tangible anointing.
There is the place that the Glory of God can be so strong that you must go outside the building. You can not stand heaviness of that Glory. I will
pray that will come one day. No one will be able to get in or get out. II CHRONICLE 7: 1, 2 declares:
"Now when Solomon had finished praying, fire come down from heaven and consumed burnt offering and the sacrifices; and the Glory of the LORD fillet temple. And the priests could not enter the
house of the LORD, because the Glory of LORD had filled the LORD'S house." You can see the heaviness of the Glory of the LORD.
The First Key to the Increase of the Anointing of God on your life. II SAMUEL 12: 8 -
"I gave you your master's house and your master's wives into your keeping, and gave you the house of Israel and Judah. And if that had been too little, I also would have given you much
more!" If you despise the little you may loose everything.
Man of God miss a lot because he misused the little God gave him. Everything he mention was only the little for God who has prepared a lot for him. Don't ever misuse the little God gave you. But thank
God, he had a heart after God to repent from it.
He said: "In sin my mother conceived me, take not Your Spirit from me, LORD."
He prayed: "Create in me a clean heart, God and renew a right spirit within me."
He prayed: "Cast me not away from Your presence, O LORD."
KEY NO 1: Don't misuse the "little" you have from God. Guard what you have.
KEY NO 2: Constrain the Lord and He will stay with you and soup with you.
LUKE 24: 28 says: "Then they drew near to the village where they were going, and He indicated that He would have gone farther. But they constrained Him saying,
'Abide with us, for it is towards evening, and the day is far spent.' And He went in to stay with them. Then their eyes were opened and they knew Him..."
Lord was walking with His disciples on the road to Emmaus. They does something which is very important. They constrained or hold him to abide with them, they don't let Him go. When they constrained Him,
He revealed Himself to them that He is Jesus, Son of God. Constrain the Lord and He will open your eyes to spiritual revelation of Him.
